Allow striper poles again. More vendors. Bands that are a little newer. More food vendors. More games. But they don't have to be all at once. Meaning spread out the games on at different times. BUT THE STRIPPER POLES. WE NEED STRIPPER POLES. that made something to go see at night. 2014 Wetzel all we found were people playing beer pong.......
Had a blast when Black Stone Cherry was there! Should have been the headliner. Anything to get the womens clothes off is good! To hell with the P.C.(politically correct) crap!!! And what can you do to keep the temp above 65 at night?

Well you guys put on a great party. But... 2014 kind of sucked! Not sure why Bad bands? I have been told by friends fees to high for campers so they will not be back. I can talk from experience I have been there 17 times in the last 19 years so I have a soap box to speak from. I guess. Should be back again just want things to go back to what they were. Not sure how to do it thou. In past years things are so busy you can hardly sleep On Saturday night its hard to get to sleep 2014 was so quiet hell could have stayed at home and been more noise. Well hope things are better in 2015 good luck may be see ya there.

unless there's a must see rocker in 2015 (yeah right) our group will be going to Fowlerville. $300 just for a camper and golf cart is crazy expensive and the STRIPPER POLES disappeared and I have to bring my own lawn mower! As a 20 year veteran of WETZEL I must say I have seen a lot of changes both good and bad. Attendance has dropped in the past years but 2014 was definitely the slowest year I have ever seen. I think it was a bad year at all rallies, all of the EASYRIDERS events were down on attendance and we heard Sturgis was the same. The ground in "RV" section is virtually impossible to get around on without a golf cart so we rarely make it to that area. Hopefully the vendors don't bail since attendance is dropping. Previous years pictures getting posted sooner would be cool. As for the stripper poles our group had ours there and it went pretty well, Just don't put them to close to the road or you will have to rearrange your entire camp to move it back ! I think most people didn't bring them simply because how can you compete with the "RV" sections massive production shows.. We all know you will never please the masses , Just keep up with trying to please a few and things should work out ! See you in 2015
I feel that the Wetzel guys put on a hell of a show and they do for the entire community every year. What some people need to realize is that they (Wetzel Biker Club) and not every rally gives back to the community or make sure no one gets into fights. I will be back this year and hopefully for the next 20 years if they are there. I would like to see Jason Aldean; Dierks Bently; Motley Crue; and definitely Alice Cooper.
I will be back in 2015 but would like to see the golf cart price go down for sure this last year was definitely too high. Had a great time tho and look forward to it every year. Still waiting on those 2104 pics
We have been going for 12 years now, Yeah it would be cool to have the golf cart price down to $50.00, after a bike wreck and 2 back surgery's little hard to walk around.Money is tight but I manage to scrape it together to go. I know it cost the club a ton of money to get potties and get bands,am pretty sure the area loves the money that this event brings in. Would not be bad to get the RV price down a bit too!!!! I have big back issues so it is even hard to sleep on an air mattress. More money we save on getting in we can spend on the venders and make them happy also.
I understand it's a biker party but I would rather have people on golf carts @ 2 in the morning that have been drinking since noon rather than riding their bikes around, so lower the cart prices. Have more contests like wet t shirt contests ect.
We have look forward to Wetzel every year for the passed 7 years. Yes last year seemed a little lame compared to others, but Thursday is back. I understand for most, golf carts are a luxury. I would be willing to pay for this luxury, but please at least give the disabled and persons with mobilities needs a very discounted rate. Maybe an area for them to bring their carts to the evening shows via the lane by the ice wagons? Thanks for the opportunity to post.

I have been going to the Wetzel Party for 20 years now with a HUGE group. And every event has been a blast except the 2009 party when the 1%ers basically took over the party then it lost a lot of its pizzazz. Since then our HUGE group of partiers have dwindled down to a very small group. I understand its a biker party and open to the public but its YOUR CLUB party not the 1%ers. Also we understand biker etiquette and respect towards others. I hope your future parties are very successful.
The group I go with spends a lot of money there every year but it is worth it. We always have a good time and party all night long. More contests for men and women through out the whole weekend. Some of the bigger bands have been kinda lame past couple of years. Maybe do a battle of the bands type thing might be cool. Oh and we need bigger clothing for us fat people to buy. You would probably sell a lot if you had 4x and bigger. Just saying it would be nice. And thanks for putting it on every year!
